Medical exclusions

  1. you are aware of any condition which is likely to result in you making a claim under this Insurance.
  2. you are taking continuing medication or have had medical treatment or surgery within the last 12 months.
  3. you are on a hospital waiting list for in-patient treatment or investigations, or awaiting the results of any such investigations or are travelling with the intention of receiving medical treatment.
  4. you are travelling against medical advice or you have been given a terminal prognosis.

Data protection

All personal information provided by you through this website is processed by Allianz Global Assistance (which is a trading name of Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited) pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended from time to time).

Where you have consented to receive information about the services and products of Allianz Global Assistance, AGA International SA and other members of The Allianz Global Assistance Group, we will pass your personal information to members of The Allianz Global Assistance Group for such purposes. Upon Allianz Global Assistance’s receipt of your information, the Allianz Global Assistance Privacy Policy will also apply to the processing of that information, and you hereby consent to Allianz Global Assistance's use of your information in accordance with that policy. A copy of the Allianz Global Assistance Privacy Policy can be found at the bottom of most of the pages of the Website. We request personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date which you provide when purchasing goods or services from the Website.
