Travel Protect (Plan C) is for residents of Singapore traveling internationally from Singapore.  The Plan provides cover for travel expenses paid up to 30 days before your actual departure. Cover begins from the date you apply and ends when you leave your home to travel abroad.

Note: the cancellation benefit is a pre-travel benefit that covers you from the moment you buy your policy.

Trip Cancellation

Covers loss of unredeemable travel and accommodation expenses paid in advance and occurring up to 30 days prior to departure from Singapore

 

Up to the nominated value of your holiday, which appears on your Certificate of Insurance, or $ 5,000 (whichever amount is lower).

11. Trip Cancellation

Cover for lost deposits and cancellation fees for pre-paid travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances neither expected nor intended by you or which are outside your control, such as:


  • Sickness
  • Accidents
  • Strikes
  • Natural Disasters

Travel Protect: Insured benefit up to the amount that you nominate when purchasing your policy. This amount will be stated on your Certificate of Insurance.
