Comprehensive Multi-trip is offered as an annual (multi-trip) product option for residents of Hong Kong that are frequent international travellers. The product offers market-leading cover, which includes high levels medical & repatriation cover, luggage, and trip cancellation and curtailment protection. Trip cancellation cover is effective at any point during the year when the insured person is in Hong Kong, and has booked a journey overseas. The remaining cover applies from the time the insured person leaves their home in Hong Kong to go directly to the departure point for the journey overseas and ends upon their safe return to their home in Hong Kong, or 90 days after their the journey's departure date, whichever is earlier. The insured person is eligible for an unlimited number of trips during the year, but the duration of each trip must not exceed 90 days. The annual cover expires 365 days after the policy issuance, but will be automatically extended free of charge if you find your return to Hong Kong has been delayed.

Medical Expenses Incurred Overseas Covers medical expenses incurred Overseas due to an Accident, Injury, or Illness. Outpatient and In-patient expenses are covered, including: Medical, Hospital, Surgical, and Nursing.

Overseas Hospital Confinement

Pays HK$ 500 for every complete day the traveller is hospitalised whilst overseas.

Accidental Death & Disablement

Covers death and disablement arising from an accident during your Journey.

Travellers aged under 18 or over 70 years are eligible for up to 50% of the sum insured.

Loss of Baggage & Personal Effects

Covers loss or damage to baggage, clothing, personal effects, Golfing Equipment and portable Personal Computers.

This benefit includes a sub-limit of up to HK$2,000 for any one article or pair or set of articles; and up to HK$10,000 for Valuables including Golfing Equipment and Personal Computers.

Loss of Travel Document

Covers the costs incurred to replace travel documents that were lost of stolen during the journey.

Theft of Personal Money

Covers cash that has been lost during the Journey due to theft.

Baggage Delay

Pays up to HKD 1,000 for essential items of clothing or other personal items the Traveller has purchased if the Traveller's baggage is delayed for more than 10 consecutive hours.

Travel Delay

Pays HK$ 200 for the first complete 5 hours of travel delay, and HK$ 400 for each complete, consecutive 10 hours of delay thereafter.

Trip Cancellation

Covers for lost deposits and cancellation fees for pre-paid travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances neither expected nor intended by you or which are outside of your control.

Trip Curtailment

Covers additional travel or accommodation expenses incurred or forfeited after the commencement of the Trip.

Personal Liability

Covers the Traveller against liability to third parties or damage to their property caused by his/her negligence.

Covers expenses incurred in returning the remains of the traveller, who suffers loss of life during the trip.

Reasonable / Approved Overseas Funeral Expenses

Covers reasonable, approved expenses incurred in order to hold an overseas funeral or cremation, should the traveller suffer death while overseas.

Compassionate Overseas Visit by a Relative

Arrange and pay for one Relative or friend if the traveller cannot be evacuated and requires hospitalisation for more than 5 days.

Accompany unsupervised child home to HK (Child Guard)

Arrange and pay for one Relative or friend to accompany the traveller's unaccompanied child(ren) home following the hospitalisation of the traveller.

Compassionate Return Trip to Hong Kong

Arrange and pay for an additional return trip due to the death of your wife, husband, child, father or mother living in Hong Kong.
